How to delete your Realms account and what happens to your data

You may delete your account at any time directly in the app. When you delete your account, your personal data (photos, matches, messages, profile info) is removed. We may retain limited records for safety and fraud prevention for up to 30 days.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Realms app
2. Go to Settings -> General Settings
3. Select "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion

What data is deleted

• Profile information
• Photos
• Matches and chat history
• Reports/messages associated with your user account

What may be retained

• Short internal logs for safety and fraud prevention for up to 30 days
