REALMS TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Realms. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Realms mobile application and related services operated by Carlos Chinchilla. By creating an account or using Realms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Realms.
Realms is a multi-realm social application consisting of three distinct environments: Ready, Steady, and Score. Ready is intended for long-term relationships and commitment. Steady is intended for dating and ongoing romantic connection. Score is intended for casual encounters and gamified reputation. Each realm operates independently with its own profile and interaction systems. Using a realm in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose may result in moderation action.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and may not share your credentials. Creating duplicate, deceptive, or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.
Realms offers a tiered verification system that may include photo verification, government ID verification, and vouching by verified users. Verification does not guarantee safety or authenticity and reflects only completion of available verification steps.
Certain information may be publicly visible to other users, including display name, age, gender, approximate location, score value, reputation indicator, review tags, and profile photos. Score values, reputation indicators, and review tags are intentionally visible to promote transparency and accountability.
You agree not to harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, impersonate, or defraud other users. You may not upload illegal, explicit, or non-consensual content. You may not manipulate scoring systems, use automation or bots, attempt to bypass moderation, or misuse verification systems.
A match occurs when two users mutually express interest. Realms does not guarantee compatibility, safety, or outcomes from interactions. You are solely responsible for your real-world interactions.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Realms a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful, deceptive, or abusive conduct. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.
The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realms shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
